At Realm Hoppers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your journey; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
